About the project

Whether you have a lived mental health condition, or caring for someone who does, or strengthening and protecting your own mental health, we all have a part to play in raising awareness and support for mental health and wellness.

Starting point

The first step to understand the scope of the project was to learn what shaped a child's learning experience in India and to find out how we could make improvements.

Support from local communities

As essential healthcare and support workers, you are used to looking out for the wellbeing of others, at times overlooking your own needs. Maintaining and protecting your mental health is just as important as your physical wellbeing, and is key to ensuring you can continue to provide essential care and support to your local community.

End result

It's a time to support your own mental health, friends and family who may be struggling and implementing initiatives in the workplace to promote wellness.
